When are Quarterly Narrative Reports (QNRs) due?
QNRs are submitted quarterly, usually within 15 days of the end of the quarter. Please note that in Q4, the Annual Narrative Report replaces the QNR.
How do I request a change to my project budget?
For moderate or major changes to your budget, you must submit a Change Request Form (CRF). We recommend discussing proposed changes with your Grant Manager before submitting the form.
What assets need to be recorded in the Asset Register?
Any GCBC-funded assets valued at £500 or more must be recorded in the Asset Register and kept up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
Where can I find GCBC branding and logo files?

What is KPI 15 and who needs to report on it?
KPI 15 is an International Climate Finance (ICF) indicator that assesses transformational change. All GCBC projects report against this indicator annually as part of their Annual Narrative Report.
